Week 49 ahead. Coming 'Santa Claus' Rally? Situation on financial markets may not be clear until final decision is made on interest rates in the US (rise)?

EUR/USD and EUR/AUD
Main downtrend is in place however daily range decreased dramatically. Correction may be expected.

Confirmed LH last week therefore main downtrend persists.

Week 47 / 2015

Well, this is nor a simple weekly update neither Monday anticipation indeed. I wanted to make the posts concise with previous.

As said before just the analysis will be made with no real trades until end of 2015. This allows to start the 'what if...' game and try to make the system clear and even more simple.

The rules of H4 MACD rythm system

1. At the start of the trading day plot your trendlines, support and resistance lines.

2. Determine the price motion in terms of the moving averages.

3. High probability trades are off the 21 EMA as its often Trend Continuation patterns.

Trade what you see, not what you guess.

Stick to the H4 system, do not trade in between.
Stick to those pairs, do not search for other possibilities.
Lines and triangles seem to work in correlation with this system in terms of breakouts.

Welcome traders. New month has started therefore W1 has been put into analysis. Hope you find this useful. Many pips for you all.

EUR/JPY 

Price is moving sideways or descending channel in weekly chart. Bounced from lower band last week. H4 chart runs in downtrend. Two corrections toward 21 & 89 zone has occurred last week. MACD is flat and loosing energy. Another correction to 21 & 89 can be expected before down move.
